Only in exceptional circumstances will CME Medical accept the return of (unwanted) products, please contact our Customer Support Team on 01253 206700 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this further.
In such circumstances, CME Medical will only accept complete, unused and undamaged goods within 14 days of delivery subject to a return goods authorisation number being provided prior to the return. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange the safe return of items within 7 days of the return being agreed and a restock charge of 25% may be incurred.
Any discrepancies or damages to goods delivered must be reported within 2 working days of delivery and where applicable photographs may be requested for goods damaged in transit. Where goods have been delivered in error CME Medical will arrange for the collection.
Faulty items or items within the warranty period required a return goods authorisation number prior to the return.
