Patients expect medical devices with robust built in safety features. CME Medical’s infusion products are ISO accredited and meet stringent safety requirements.
An instrumental part of ensuring patient safety is maintained and your medical devices are working properly is to make sure they are appropriately serviced. You will want to know that your biomedical engineers, should you have them, have been trained to maintain their high safety standards. If you do not have access to qualified engineers, you will need to have your devices serviced by professionals who know how to maintain them. If your engineers need training on servicing CME Medical products
For our customers who have dedicated biomedical engineering departments, we offer product-specific training courses that provide engineers with the necessary knowledge and skills to service CME Medical products to the required standards. All our technical training has achieved the Skills for Health Quality Mark and can be delivered at your premises or in the purpose built auditorium at our offices in Blackpool, Lancashire.
You can choose from three different types of technical training, depending on your team’s needs:
|Training at your premises||A one day training course provided at your premises that imparts the knowledge and expertise of CME Medical’s technical engineers to enable your biomedical engineers to perform appropriate technical support.|
|Training at our offices in Blackpool||A bespoke day of training at CME Medical’s offices in Blackpool. The training can be tailored to your specific requirements.|
|Refresher and BodyComm training||A refresher and BodyComm training course.|
All our technical training includes the appropriate technical documentation to service and repair CME Medical products, as well as access to our Technical helpdesk. All CME Medical engineers that have received our technical training are given access.
On the Technical Helpdesk you can browse a range of useful technical documentation and book a technical enquiry. Alternatively you can call our customer support team on 01253 206 700 during office hours.
If you are an engineer or a CME Medical customer outside the UK or Ireland, please contact your local distributor for technical support on CME Medical products.
If you require our qualified and experienced engineers to service your devices
